Our Personal Care & Homemaking Services are listed below.  Our care team will conduct an initial assessment with the client to identify services that will maximize independence and safety in the environment of choice.

Personal Care: Our caregivers will assist with these activities per the client's plan of care and may range from safety supervision to complete assistance with the desired task.

• Toileting 
• Transferring Assistance 
• All IADL's
• Medication Assistance and Reminders   

Companionship:

• Engagement in conversation 
• Planning visits with friends, family
• Puzzles, books, magazines, newspapers, reminiscing, hobbies, crafts 
• Assistance with opening mail, sending/receiving packages
• Range of Activities- Word Puzzles, Brain games, and more! 
• If your loved one is in a Nursing Home, Assisted Living Home, or other congregate care home, we offer companionship and private services that will go to the facility and spend 1 x 1 time with them.  The additional cognitive stimulation and positive human interaction helps to maintain the residents highest well-being and functioning.  

Meal & Food Services: 

• Creating individualized meal plans to ensure optimal nutrition
• Planning and Preparation of Meals

Post Surgical Care: 

• Recovering at home after surgery can limit you with your daily activities. Whether you are recovering from a minor or major surgery, our caregivers can assist you with temporary or permanent assistance in achieving a healthy and complete recovery.  Our company partners with home-health providers that offer in-home skilled care including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services.
