Our House Chore Service is a one stop solution for all of your home’s needs and the final piece to the "Aging-in-Place" ideology. Numerous studies have shown that the vast majority of people want to age-in-place within their own home, but too often the chores and demands of living independently become too much. With the creation of our House Chore Services we allow you to remain in the home environment of choice for as long as safely possible.
Each client of ours is partnered with a trusted advisor and the same person will oversee the chore services provided to you to assure full satisfaction. As a client, you will never have to cold call house cleaners or a handyman again. There is no more wondering if you are receiving a fair price for the services provided, or wondering if it is safe to invite strangers into your home to work on projects in and around the house. We handle any needs that arise involving your home and take the difficulty of maintaining your home away. Our house chore service is individually customized for each client and services can be added or removed as desired.
Our services are mainly subscription based and year-round, as many of the chores we provide are seasonal related chores (Window Washing, Lawn Mowing/Gardening, Snow Plowing/Shoveling, Gutter Cleaning, etc). We do offer all of our services for an hourly fee as well. Our house chore subscriptions are available in various Levels and differ by the number of hours requested per month.

Clients will choose the chores they wish to have performed, and the Level & frequency desired (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) within the time frame of the subscription. - CHECK-IN'S - Checking on the client to assure safety, bringing cookies or flowers to cheer up, or spending time together whether it be playing games, going for a walk, reminiscing , or any other desired activity.
Real Estate Related Services
- Pre-sale cleaning/repairs before home is put on the market
- Move-in cleaning and light repairs
- Assistance with packing, downsizing, or relocating.
- Snowbird Services – Services for our clients that spend Summers in Maine and Winters elsewhere. We will prepare your home for winterization, and continually check on the property to assure there are no issues with the real estate while the customer is not using the home.
